- The Ferencvaros depot is currently suitable for the storage and maintenance of KCSV7 and TW6000/6100 trams, however, the new CAF trams arriving in 2025 require a different service environment, which the infrastructure of the vehicle park does not meet, therefore the conversion of the car park is necessary. The car color its buildings are under monument protection, but a monument inventory has not yet been prepared. As part of the planning program, the value inventory and the heritage protection expert opinion must be prepared for the buildings affected by the planning. In terms of the technical condition of the fleet, it is outdated and has not undergone significant renovation through, therefore the static tests required for the performance of the design tasks required for the installation of CAF equipment must also be carried out. The concept plans must be prepared taking into account the results of the value inventory and static tests, with particular regard to the legislation on monument protection, regulations. The designer's task is to place the equipment (sand filler, washing equipment) necessary for the daily operation of the new CAF trams, to transform the related building parts, building structures and the service infrastructure (power supply, sewerage, water supply, building engineering, etc.), as well as the I. and III. Preparation of combined authorization and construction plans for the transformation of the track in front of the hall.
