Conclusion of a centralized public procurement framework agreement (hereinafter: framework agreement) on the National Communications and Information Technology Council and the Digital Government Agency Private Limited Company and the centralized public procurement system for government IT procurement 301/2018 (XII. 27.) regarding the renewal, expansion and addition of existing Microsoft software products and solutions at Affected Organizations under the scope of Government Decree (hereinafter: DKUe Decree), in two tender parts: 1st tender part: Government framework 2nd tender part: Corporate framework The identification of the Affected Organizational scope of the framework agreements according to the DKUe decree is contained in subsection 1 of point VI.3) ("Further information") of the invitation to tender (hereinafter: invitation).
