- As part of the acquisition, the existing server stock of the Bidder - i.e. 4 rack servers DL 380 G11 and 1 HPE Alletra 5030 file storage - will be expanded, and 2 more servers (1 rack server and 1 backup server) will be purchased, with the corresponding expansions and integration.
