Extension of the existing institution with four group rooms, with a total useful floor area of ββ1002 m2.
The existing 1310 m2 kindergarten will be expanded with 4 group rooms.
INSTALLATION OF MECHANICAL SYSTEMS AND WATER UTILITIES:
A complete building related to the realization of the new building part with a useful floor area of ββ1002 m2mechanical and utility installation works, together with ancillary works, according to the public procurement documents, based on the mechanical construction plans.installation works with fire alarm equipment, as well as ancillary works, according to the public procurement documents, based on the construction plans.
During the works, the following will be realized:
1513 m2 useful floor area facade wall or plinth thermal and/or sound insulation construction,
537 m2 useful floor areaΕ± cold cladding construction,
1538 m2 usable floor area interior plastering
795 m2 usable floor area concrete preparation
1039 m2 useful floor area load-bearing and infill masonry construction.
1252 m2 useful floor area facade scaffolding
The total quantity is the work issued in the public procurement documentszaki documentation.
The tasks must be performed together with the related ancillary works, according to the public procurement documents.
