For the contracting authority, the acquisition of EVAR, Fevar vascular surgery, is the establishment of 11 partly outsourced goods warehouse. The contracting authority undertakes to draw up to 100%of the amount specified in the part. Contracting authority In all parts, in addition to the amount prescribed in the section (without modifying the unit price or other contractual conditions), the right to buy a purchase right to 100 %of the net amount. Contracting Authority's right to buy in the tender during the duration of the contract Price is entitled to practice. Conditions for the outsourced goods: - The quantity to be disposed of as a starting base set for the outsourced goods will be made separately to the successful tenderer before the contract - the first replenishment of the outsourced goods warehouse Deadline 6 working days following the entry into force of the contract - Contracting authority generally sends off the draws to the winner's tenderer weekly, otherwise the contracting authority is entitled to draw up at shorter intervals - replacing the outsourced stock warehouse warehouse stock The tenderer is required to carry out the contracting authority's declaration (sending a declaration of draws) within 6 business days - the Tenderer shall be liable for a delivery obligation within 1 business day for an extraordinary order.
