XXVII of 2022 on the control of the use of European Union budget resources of the Integrity Authority. within the scope of its tasks defined in the law (hereinafter: Eufetv.), representing its interests related to its mission and objectives before the institutional system of the European Union consulting services for its support, as well as the provision of consulting services supporting the European Union's strategy related to the institutional system. The service is procured in 2 sub-tendering parts. Part 1 Service supporting the strategic communication of the MA in the EU basic quantity: 1400 hours optional quantity (25 %): 350 hours in total: up to 1750 hours Part 2 Service supporting the representation of the interests of the IH in the EU basic quantity: 400 hours optional quantity (25 %): 100 hours in total: up to 500 hours Contract duration: 18 months The tenderer emphasizes that the nature of the task to be performed in view of this, advanced English language skills in writing and speaking are a basic requirement. On the part of the contact persons specified by the tenderer, the working language is Hungarian, but at the same time, the use of high-level English is ensured during the performance of tasks. The basic quantity per bidding part undertakes to draw 70% of it. For the remaining 30% of the basic quantity, the Bidder does not undertake to place an order, and the Winning Bidder cannot claim this amount from the Bidder due to the lack of ad hoc orders.
