Description:
The task of the winning bidder is to implement the energy efficiency modernization of the following dormitory buildings of the University of Szeged.
1. public procurement part: Modernization of Jozsef Madzsar College
The task of the winning bidder in the 1st public procurement part is to the Jozsef Madzsar College of SZTE ETSZKimplementation of energy efficiency modernization.
In this context, the main tasks of the winning tenderer are:
- thermal insulation of facade, plinth and flat roof heat,- and waterproofing;
- external shading on tower building;
- heating system modernization (replacement of existing gas boiler, installation of heat pump, etc.j construction of fan-coil system);
- modernization of domestic hot water production;
- extension of solar system.
2. public procurement part: Modernization of Marton Aron Vocational College
The task of the winning bidder in the 2nd public procurement part is to upgrade the Marton Aron Vocational College of ELTE Szeged to energy efficiencyimplementation of standardization.
Within this framework, the main tasks of the winning tenderer are:
- thermal insulation of the facade, plinth;
- renovation of the flat roof;
- replacement of the windows and doors on the facade;
- installation of shutters;
- modernization of the heating, ventilation, hot water supply;
- lighting modernization.
