SE Pathology, IG and BOI - Energy efficiency
The subject of the public procurement procedure is the construction works of the energy efficiency development of the Theoretical Block of Semmelweis University in Nagyvarad ter. The purpose of the investment is energy saving and safe operations. The investment is aimed at renovation and modernization with the aim of increasing energy efficiency, as follows:
A) Architecture:
Complete replacement of the tower building's north and south facade curtain wall with the existing panel design approx. With 2x2700 m2 curtain wall demolition.
New, self-supporting aluminum chamber curtain wallyfal is made with a covering profile of the same size as the current one. Fixed glazing, thermal bridge-free aluminum windows, and opaque parapet glass in the parapet fields are installed as inserts in the curtain wall.to be dismantled, then restored after mechanical installation.
A new false ceiling is being made to cover the planned air ducts on the upper levels of the tower building; and on two sides, the air ducts in the rooms are boxed with plasterboard.
B) Building engineering:
1. central heating and cooling installation:
New, ran adiator heating system will be built, with the existing boiler house in the building, a new gas network and a chimney system.
