Description:
The procedure for concluding a centralized public procurement framework agreement (hereinafter: KM) is in accordance with Law 301/2018. (XII. 27.) for the provision of the services required for the introduction of the system at relevant organizations with a license for the EKEIDR file and document management system according to the Government Decree (short name: EIDR25). The tenderer generally refers to the services to be provided with the term "product" during the procedure. The itemized service list of 1 supply package according to the subject of the procedure consists of 93 price list lines according to the technical description. For implementation after the conclusion of the KM the specific quantity of individual procurements to be avoided and the specific object - composed of the elements that are part of the KM - after the conclusion of the KM, the direct order or reopening of the competition [Kbt. 105. § (2) par. point b)] is determined during (See also in the public procurement documents!)
