272/2014 on the procedure for using subsidies from individual European Union funds in the 2014-2020 programming period. (XI. 5.) § 38 of the Government Decree establishes certain obligations of the Managing Authority (in this case the Managing Authority for Economic Development Operational Programs, hereinafter: GFP IH)nesses.
The GFP IH is obliged to carry out an in-process control within the framework of the basic activity - to support the authentication activity - based on the System Description of the GINOP program - also accepted by the European Commission.
