- As detailed in the public procurement documents and the draft contract, the winning bidder undertakes to deliver the equipment and elements of the exhibition for the presentation of its cultural assets, as well as the delivery and installation of the equipment necessary for the use of the building as part of the contractin.
In this public procurement procedure, the Winning Bidder must deliver equipment to the Bidder in accordance with the following parts within the framework of the sales contract:
1. part: Exhibition, installation tools
The task of the winning bidder is to set up an exhibition in the building at 1 FÅ utca, Kaposvardelivery of necessary tools and training in their use. The task covers, among other things, the acquisition of museum teaching tools, hardware tools, software, built structures, electrical installation work, other furniture, decorative accessories, unique installations, which are part of the exhibition,production and delivery. The task covers the delivery and placement of purchased products, furniture and objects on site. The contracting authority will publish the list of artefacts to be placed as an annex to the technical description.
2. part: Furniture, building operating equipment
Responsibilities of the winning tendererdelivery, installation, assembly/commissioning of the equipment required for operation in the building at FÅ utca 1, Kaposvar.
