- As detailed in the public procurement documents and the draft contract, the winning bidder undertakes to deliver the equipment and elements of the exhibition for the presentation of its cultural assets, as well as the delivery and installation of the equipment necessary for the use of the building as part of the contractin.
In this public procurement procedure, the Winning Bidder must deliver exhibition and installation equipment to the Bidder within the framework of a sales contract:
The task of the winning bidder is to deliver the necessary equipment for the establishment of an exhibition in the building at FÅ utca 1, Kaposvar,teaching his knowledge. The task covers, among other things, the acquisition, production, and delivery of museum teaching tools, hardware tools, software, built structures, electrical installation work, other furniture, decorative accessories, unique installations, which are part of the exhibition. The task is tocovers the delivery and placement of finished products, furniture and objects on site. The contracting authority publishes the list of works of art to be placed as an annex to the technical description.
