Description:
In the administrative area of the city of Papa, the provision of local public services related to the collection of domestic wastewater not collected by public works. The Kbt. Reasoning according to § 61, paragraph (4): Tenderer in accordance with LVII of 1995 on water management. Act (Vgtv.) 44/G. Based on paragraphs (1)-(2) of § no wishes to enter into a contract for the provision of local public services for the collection of domestic wastewater collected by public works, covering the entire settlement system, within the framework of a unified public service structure. Tenderer the duration of the contract to be concluded as a result of the public procurement procedure 5 year, taking into account that this period ensures: • the continuity and legality of the provision of the service, • economical and efficient operation, • sustainable assurance of the quality of the public service. Tasks according to the subject of the public procurement - their nature, complexity, based on their prescribed technical parameters - they are closely related to each other, build on each other, which several bidders could not fulfill at the same time. The tenderer conducts a public procurement procedure in the above subject, taking into account that: 1. The tenderer does not grant exclusive right of use: A a public service provider performs the task based on the local government decree, but does not receive a concession right or the right to use the infrastructure. 2. The economic risk is not concessional in nature: The volume of the service is estimated in advance, calculated based on water consumption, and the number of properties is known. THE served...
