Description:
The tenderer orders the provision of the following services within the framework of the support of the DMS filing and document management system:
I. Using software tracking services (legislation tracking, version tracking) to keep the DMS filing system up-to-date and preserve the validity of the software.
Modulelicenses: for 8 existing modules and 3 newly available modules.
II. Technical support By using the Helpdesk/Support service, the Service Provider's customer service should provide quick, professional help by phone or online customer service during working hours by phone or during working hoursbeyond what is included in the technical description.
III. On-site availability: 1 day per month project manager support.
IV. Optional development framework for a maximum of 240 half-days to fulfill emerging development needs
