- Business framework contract in accordance with the legislation on the transportation and disposal of partially dewatered sludge classified as hazardous waste, highly contaminated with heavy metals, generated during the cleaning technology of the Gyoengyoesoroszi Mining Water Treatment Plant, exceptCLXXXV of 2012 on waste. Act, 20/2006 on waste disposal and certain rules and conditions related to waste disposal. KvVM decree, 225/2015 on the detailed rules of certain activities related to hazardous waste. (VIII.7.) Government ordert, as well as in accordance with the specifications of the public procurement technical description, in a way that excludes environmental pollution.
