The purpose of the procurement procedure is to obtain a comprehensive examination and evaluation of the treatment of municipal (especially biologically disabled) waste (composting) that can be used to develop new quick methods to detect environmental contamination and soil development damage and pilot projects where the bioreactor is installed locally by installing the bio -waste and the resulting organic harvesters are also utilized locally. The bioreactor measurement system will be suitable for a semi-operating scales of the compostability of biologically disabled waste and by-products in the impact area, serving research and development goals.
