- Procurement of equipment, consumables and software from the RRF-2.3.1-21-2022-00011 project in 3 tender parts as follows: Tender part 1: Neuronavigation hardware system and license to complement the Magpro X100 transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) system owned by the tenderer procurement part 2 of the offer: Procurement of an integrated neuromonitoring system that enables real-time data collection, analysis and visualization 3. offer part: Purchase of a microdialysis analyzer with the software that ensures operation and a set of consumables. The individual products are expected characteristics, its packaging units and the exact procurement quantity are included in the issued technical specification, and in the case of the 3rd part of the offer, the unpriced budget. The condition for the contract to be concluded to enter into force is that the subsidy application submitted by the Tenderer has been positively assessed benefit from the above tender source. The contracting authority is the Kbt. Based on Section 53, Paragraph (6), it draws the attention of economic operators to the fact that the contracting authority considers the non-acceptance of the request for modification, or the acceptance of a smaller amount than requested, as a circumstance that can declare the procedure ineffective (conditional public procurement).
