Description:
The tenderer wishes to implement the construction investment to be implemented within the framework of the RRF-2.1.2-21 tender entitled "Complex institutional development at Gal Ferenc University". I am building a sports hall- the design of energy-saving sports lighting, - the installation of a heat pump system, - the goal is to create a building with low energy requirements. the e is lower7/2006 on determining the energetic characteristics of piles. (V. 24.) in accordance with Annex 6 of the TNM decree (nearly zero energy building)."
Energy modernization:
Net useful floor area: 1040 m2
Technical content:
- subsequent thermal insulation of front surfaces,
- modern doors and windows, hreplacing it with heat-insulating elements,
- subsequent thermal insulation of subfloors in contact with the ground,
- subsequent thermal insulation of roof structures,
- installation of a heat pump system,
- design of an energy-saving lighting system,
- creation of a solar park on the closing slab of the flat-roofed part of the building.
