DEVELOPMENT OF NKE ORCZY-KERT LEISURE AREA I.
Subject of the public procurement: AK at 1089 Budapest, Orczy ut 1., and on the building plot registered under the number 36030 hrsz, wants to create a modern outdoor sports facility within the framework of a general contractor contract. Activities required to be carried out during the planned implementation are interventions subject to a building permit (construction permit number: BP/ETDR-2601/5219-26/2025). The planned construction activity: The purpose of the investment is to develop the leisure area of the National Public Service University in Orczy-kert for sports and leisure purposes. As part of the investment, in addition to a significant level of park development, a standard, live lawn a football field, a service building with stands, and an artificial grass training field will be built. A total of 3 parking spaces will be created in the park area, no parking zone will be established. For the winning bidder, at the start of the works, the topsoil contaminated with plant stems in the area must be removed (rough landscaping). It is necessary to replace the trees cut down in the park area.
