Development of Court Integrated Information System (BIIR) for 24 months.
To the winning bidder concerning the BIIR, its subsystems, interfaces, and related internal court systems (k(e.g. Document Library, Message Management Module, UeKE Signing Module), and in order to establish/transform the relationship with external (even non-judicial) systems, it must perform development tasks for the Tenderer based on the procedure laid down in the contract and the technical description, the contract iup to a maximum of 20,000 developer frame hours during its duration. The tenderer undertakes no obligation to use the developer's frame-hour number in whole or in part. The successful tenderer shall implement specified improvements during the performance of the contract by direct individual order or written coafter evaluation, it must be carried out on the basis of an individual development contract.
In most cases, the development tasks are induced by changes in the law, the implementation of which by the deadline specified in the law is a top priority - given that the BIIR is subordinate to the operation of the court
