Sales contract Delivery of protective clothing in subject 2024 according to the conditions detailed in the request for proposal documentation in the case of part 2 below

Industrial protective gloves
Sale contract for a total of 45,480 pairs of industrial protective gloves (of whichl fixed 32,010 pairs, option 13,470 pairs) in the total value of HUF 16,641,020 net, of which the Bidder undertakes a call obligation in the net amount of HUF 11,741,140. The Bidder has the right to purchase the remaining part of the budget, up to a net value of HUF 4,899,880. The specified quantity (pairs) is indicative, AjaIt does not constitute a withdrawal obligation for the applicant, given that the contract is concluded with a limited amount. The detailed requirements for the subject of the public procurement are contained in the draft contract and the technical description, which are part of the tender documentation.respectively, 2,200 raincoats and raincoats in two-piece items for men and women (of which 1,570 are fixed, 630 are optional) for a net total value of HUF 33,234,400, of which the Bidder undertakes a withdrawal obligation in the net value of HUF 23,689,600.
