- As a result of the public procurement procedure "Delivery of a multifunction printer for the National Elections Office", the winning bidder's task is to supply 1,250 new, previously unused multifunction printers of the same make and type that meet the requirements detailed in the technical descriptionwithin the framework of a sales contract.
The successful Bidder must undertake the delivery of 1,250 new, previously unused multifunction printers of the same make and type that meet the requirements detailed in the technical description.
The requirements related to the delivered devices (minimum conditionsite):
- Expected technology: laser
- The multifunctional printer must have copying, scanning and fax functions.
- The device must have a scanning capacity of up to 20 images/minute depending on the scanning quality.
- The multifunctional device must have an automatic document feeder and flatbedand with a scanner interface.
- The multifunctional device must be able to scan to a computer via USB.
- The multifunctional device must be capable of scanning to a USB drive
- The multifunctional device must be capable of printing from a USB data carrier
- The multifunctional device must haven with an automatic sheet feeder of at least 50 sheets.
- The speed of the multifunctional device is at least 30 pages/minute in letter size and at least 30 pages/minute in A4 size in black and white according to ISO/IEC 24734.
