DEK-1583: Procurement of consumables for the Da Vinci surgical robot system for the Clinical Center of the University of Debrecen.

Bidder wishes to enter into a framework agreement (MFA) with the winning tenderer. The planned value of the frame quantity during the entire duration of the KM: 54 product items totaling 10,176 pieces. Option: During the duration of the framework agreement, the tenderer is entitled, based on his individual decision, to a maximum of +30 in addition to the basic quantities specified above % to exercise a quantity option. The name of the type of surgical robot system that requires the purchase of usable consumables: Da Vinci Xi surgical system. The bidder must offer a product in factory new condition that has not been used before. The acquisition includes the user delivery to the unit as well. The quantities specified for each consumable in the price table are indicative. The Bidder wishes to enter into a contract for the entire frame quantity. The applicant does not undertake to order the planned quantity, nor can the Bidder claim the unused frame amount as damages against the Bidder.
