Definition of the project:
The overall goal of the University of Debrecen is to ensure that environmental protection requirements, including those from a climate perspective, are met during the renovation of the buildings belonging to it in connection with the development of the infrastructure. Its goal is energy-efficient and economical operation, therefore, when planning the investment, he took into account the recommendation (EU) 2019/786 issued by the European Commission on the renovation of buildings, according to which the renovation is of medium depth in the event that 30-60% savings in energy consumption can be achieved.
Planned design:
The terled investment includes the energy renovation of the Institute of Psychology, Doczy Jozsef Street building, during which:
-the thermal insulation of the external space-delimiting structures,
-the replacement of the facade windows (windows, entrance doors and copolite glass walls),
-a flat roof structure is createdcomplete renovation of the roof,
-complete renovation of the rainwater drainage system,
-renovation of the lightning protection system
-relocation of outdoor air conditioning units
