25.) The Bid includes the fully priced copy of the price table included in the public procurement documents (Professional offer).
26.) The responsible accredited public procurement department participating in the procedureconsultant: Dr. Bernadett Paroczai, Registration number: 00176.

Based on the price table issued as part of the public procurement documentation, as part of the professional offer, the tenderer asks the tenderers to break down the design fee into licensing and construction plan documentation.attention of project developers that the authorization plan documentation cannot be higher than 65% of the total design fee. If the Bidder determines the value of the authorization plan documentation in an amount higher than 65% of the total design fee, this will result in the invalidity of the bid.(4) para. With regard to point a), the Parties agree that during the warranty period (during the validity period of the warranty) the Customer may order a full design review from the Designer, if the Customer provides the necessary coverage for which task thethe deadline is 90 calendar days from the order, the consideration is 15% of the total design fee.
