Public Procurement Quantity: The purpose of the service to be purchased is the MAV-Group manufacturer's support not covered but used further Support for data center and network hardware. The list of devices to be involved in hardware support (support) and the expected SLA levels are set out in Section 1/A. no. Table (XLS). Contracting Authority The Service Provider for the Hardware Support Service that is the subject of the contract The hardware subsidy for 12 months is awarded to the contractual - error and deficit -free performance of 12 months ( + 6 months). Short requirement for the service: The service includes support and repair from the handling of the call to the working condition of the hardware, the necessary parts, the exit fee, and the service provider as required by the Service Provider the use of the escalation process.
