Description:
HUF 1 billion (compensation upper border HUF 1 billion/insurance event/year) Liability insurance contract to ensure the capacity of MAV Grounds Ltd. Decree 271/2007. (X. 19.) Government Decree (hereinafter referred to as the Government Decree).
The purpose of the procurement is an insurance amount of HUF 1 billion (compensation ceiling 1 billion HUF/insurance event/year) conclusion of a liability insurance contract that allows MAV Anti Make a railway transported in Hungary and registered in Hungary in Hungary company to ensure the requirements for compensation for the general and disaster for rail accident damage and, up to the amount of insurance, to ensure compensation for general and catastrophe accidents and payment of damages too.
