Description:
The task of the winning bidder is to parameterize, deliver, put into operation (including training) and operate the software (hereinafter referred to as: System) suitable for video administration according to the technical description for 12 months, which is a fixed period of twelve months once it can be extended by another twelve months. Total: 24 months. The technical requirements are contained in the technical description.

The software suitable for processing video administration with customer identification is called as a hosted service (Software as a Service) its provision on the dedicated IT infrastructure to be provided by the Bidder and its twelve-month operation, which software must meet the parameters specified in the technical description, in particular the following. IT infrastructure for data storage for data security reasons it can be physically located in Hungary. A contrary offer results in the invalidity of the offer. In the service, the Bidder must ensure that the end users of the software are able to connect to the application via the Internet, both customers and administrators from the side. The Bidder provides the internal IT network (LAN/WAN), internet access, and workstations to access the service.
