• Description:
• The Municipality of Csopak is at Kossuth Lajos u. wishes to build a village house at number 99.
  The tenderer wishes to implement the construction project in two phases, this procedure applies to the implementation of phase I.
  The technical content of phase I - and the optional works within the phase - arestripper:
  I. schedule
  Basic quantity:
  - Organizational costs
  - Realization of a ready-to-build state: earthwork (with rough landscaping in the entire area), foundation, rising walls and slabs
  - Carpentry, roofing, with the related tin structures
  - Rainwater insulation, the beginning of the related stratificationwith mek, attic construction
  - Facade doors and windows, curtain walls, roof lights (complete closure of the building)
  - Facade construction, with thermal insulation system, color plastering, canopy
  - Building engineering: installation of pipelines that go under the basement, and construction of the building's rainwater drainage system
  - Electrical: Construction of a complete lightning protection system in accordance with the building structure works
  - Complete utility construction
  Option 1. (execution of all external work):
  - Road and square paving, parking lot construction, retaining walls, landscape architecture, street furniture
  - Building engineering: construction of pipelines under the surface covering,protective piping, pre-piping of heat pump equipment
  - Electrical: electrical works affecting the inner courtyard, with the construction of a light fixture, earthworks and the E5 distribution board
