Establishment of Budapestiana portal on behalf of the Budapest Metropolitan Archives
The source base of the Budapestiana on the Hungaricana Public Collection Portal is the BFL files. The main objectives of the project are: - 1 piece of its own cloud -based creating a database system and portal - Migration of the files published or designated by Hungaricana Budapest Metropolitan Archives (approx. 2.618.744, about 3.955.487 digital recording) to the portal and database, You need to migrate to a built -in relation database (s) - Create a modern, fast search engine for the portal's data file, - Create a data maintenance interface for the portal's BFL data file, which allows BFL staff to fill in data and image files. Hungaricana to be migrated to the Budapestiana portal Details and estimated quantities of files are set out in Annex 1. The expected functionality of the portal is contained in Annex 2. The system to be developed should at least provide the current Hungaricana database service level and solutions equal and all Software element is based on Open Source.
