Framework business agreement for Magyar Foeldgaztarolo Zrt. for the procurement of services related to intelligent corrosion and material testing for a period of 3 years -2023
CH mining-storage-transportation (together: CH industry) in the area of above-surface and well area pipelines combined and PGS examinationexamination of pipeline material quality, examination of material composition, examination of corrosion defects, examination of pipe geometry, examination of the condition of seams. Preparation, design and conversion of ferret launching and ferret receiving stations for the feasibility of the tests. With examinationscarrying out special mobilization (transportation, crane lifting). Preparation of a complete corrosion analysis and report after the inspection.
1. Preparation of ferret starting and receiving stations and mobilization related to the test
- Preliminary planning, selection of the combined corrosion and material testing ferret, theordering the appropriate parts based on pipeline data.
- Preparation of the combined corrosion and material testing ferret for the test, final test
- Issuance of operational documents and approval by the customer
- Mobilization of the ferret and related equipment to the work area
2. Combined test and PGS test analysis
- Preparation of the combined PGS/MFL-A test ferret in the work area
- Depressurization and opening of the starting chamber
- Insertion of the combined PGS/MFL-A test ferret
- Transferring the combined PGS/MFL-A test ferret in the pipeline to the available stands...
