- Construction of the truck parking lot to be built in the North-West Economic Zone in Debrecen. Penalties confirming the contract and their amount: - Late penalty: 1% of the net business fee per day, the maximum amount is 20% of the net business fee, if the maximum penalty is reached, the possible legal consequence is rescission due to breach of contract or immediate termination of the contract by the Bidder, in which case - instead of the late payment penalty - the Bidder applies a failure penalty. - Penalty for incorrect performance: 3% of the net business fee / incorrect performance. Penalty for faulty performance can be enforced a maximum of 3 times, after which the Bidder may terminate the contract or withdraw from it, in which cases the Customer enforces a failure penalty reduced by the amount of the invalid performance penalty. - Failure penalty: 30% of the net business fee. The guarantee security: amount according to the contract, in case of modification according to the modified amount, 3% of compensation calculated without VAT. - Warranty: min. 36 months, from which a more favorable warranty period can be assumed for the contracting authority, which constitutes the 3rd quality evaluation criterion in the substantive procedure. The extent of the additional warranty is the assessment depends on the offer made for the aspect. The starting date of the warranty is the date of completion of the successful technical handover procedure.
