Construction technical inspection Tasks to be performed: In both sub -bids: performing technical inspections independent of the contractor (engineering) tasks. The responsibility of the commissioner is the contractor Consideration, verification and review of contractors' contracted work on a daily basis in order to:-whether the construction work entrepreneurs are complied with and enforced with their subcontractors and suppliers in the contract with RHK Kft, the legislation, requirements required by official decisions, inspection reports, construction and licensing documentation; - the principal should be informed of the status of implementation of a contract to carry out the construction work; - the principal can make sure that the construction work It will be implemented in sufficient quality, within the required time limit and within the available financial framework, - the action plans for the management of the discovered non -compliance will be fully implemented.
