Supported processes include request performance, incident management, change management, device management, career management, central CMDB, master data management, service records. The priority areas of the system introduced at the prosecutor's office are the support of requesting, incident management and device management processes and providing a central CMDB essential for precise processes. The purpose of the procurement is to develop a new system functionally equivalent, future, supported, and developed with the HP SD system that is no longer supported, the functional reproduction of the current system and possibly developing in accordance with current industry practice.
