- Construction contract for the renovation of the Tihany-Szantodrev ferry port complex in two parts: Part 1 Szantodrev Part 2 Tihany-rev Applicable to both parts: • Architecture, • Support structure (statics), • Interior design, • Mechanical engineering (water, sewage, heating-cooling, ventilation), • Electrical (power networks; low-power networks, fire alarm, IT, AV technology, security technology), • External utilities (water and sewerage, gas supply, electricity, related infrastructure), • Traffic, road and square pavements, • Gardening, • Rehabilitation landscaping (barrier removal), • Plumbing works, vertical and copper construction of seawalls.
During construction, the following will be realized: a ground-floor service building with a net floor area of 430 m2. The external facade surface is designed with custom-made ceramic cladding elements. The building has a flat roof design, with a green roof surface and the facade with the same ceramic cover. complete renovation of an existing building with a net floor area of 172.23 m2, with a concrete structure, and reconstruction of its interior spaces. Construction of 3,066 m2 of paving around the buildings with prefabricated concrete paving elements. The cashier's booths and drive-ins are steel-framed entrance gates above the lanes, and the construction of 4 lightweight cashier booths, each with a floor area of 2.97 m2.
