In the framework of a service framework agreement, cleaning, disinfecting and providing related services for properties used by BKK Zrt. in two parts: Part 1: Cleaning of RC Office Building Part 2: Cleaning of customer services and other locations It is contained in the technical description of the document (hereinafter: KD).
In the framework of a service framework agreement, the cleaning of the Rumbach Center Office Building, as well as the disinfection cleaning and related services as required, up to a net frame amount of HUF 114,000,000, of which the contracting authority shall draw 70% commits under the scope of the contract. Tasks of the Winning Bidder (hereinafter: AT): 1. Determination of cleaning times and floor areas: General, regular daily cleaning tasks, due to the features of the object, take place between 18:00 and 07:00, typically starting at 18:00, according to the planned details below, which details are available to the customer under the scope of the contract. The size of the specified areas to be cleaned may be changed based on the Customer's unilateral decision during the term of the contract, as well as the cleaning date for certain office premises can be modified in the same way: Total area to be cleaned: 6,018.88 m2 1) General cleaning tasks: - coffee points, toilets, washrooms-showers according to the technical description: 520.88 m2 - offices, meeting rooms according to the technical description: 5142.5 m2 - public space according to the technical description: 185.5 m2 - terraces, balcony...
