Description:
The provision of full daily, further periodic, high and occasional cleaning and disinfection services, and performed epidemiological tasks for the real estate managed by BMSZKI at all times under a business contract. During cleaning the impregnated cleaning technologyIts application is expected. Total quantity on the net floor area to be cleaned 62.660 m2 of institutional area, 10.368 m2 window surface and 14,156 m2 solid paved courtyard, +/- 15%. The quantity according to the specified measure (+/- 15%) as a function of changes in the property managed by BMSZKImay change during the term of the contract. The Contracting Authority undertakes to draw up to 53.261 m2 of institutional area. The frequency of completion of major cleaning is 2 times a year, at times of consultation with specific sites.
