Framework contract for "City Hall building reconstruction phase "A" subject.
Tasks of the winning bidder for the monument building of the Mayor's Office of Budapest (1052 Budapest, Varoshaz u. 9-11., registered office: Budapest V. district 24357, in the register of the KOeH under number 15 487 included) cross wingand the closely related building wings on Gerloczy and Barczy streets specified in the technical description, the execution of building reconstruction works that reach a level of renovation/development investment that does not require a building permit, as stipulated in the framework contract, is the responsibility of the Tendererbased on your orders - based on batch quantity survey and TERC Kft. V.I.P. Calculated using a budgeting program, according to the new YOU type standard system - with subsequent, itemized accounting, with the standard net floor area of the building reconstruction works being
18,000 m2.
The building reconstructionruction works are ordered through ad hoc orders up to the amount of the framework amount, in the manner regulated in the framework contract.
The building reconstruction works (100%) - according to guiding estimates - include, among others, the following types of work:
- builder's works (on-site concrete and ironconcrete works, placement and installation of prefabricated building structural elements, masonry and other masonry works, plastering and plastering, hundredth-grade construction), planned division of labor: 30 %,
- specialized industrial works (socket making, hot and cold tiling works, roofing and tinning specialist industrial works, insulation profession...
