Description:
The task of the Winning Bidder (AT) is for a period of 24 months (which can be extended by another 24 months by the CA) to the Clinical Center of PTE.
mediation servant. provision to the Center's patient care units (currently at 8 locations at different addresses, detailed in the technical description), patients, visitorsorganizing the meal and food shopping service for staff and colleagues, together with the related IT development.

The data on the number of beds in the announcement may change.their proposal must be given taking this risk into account. The number of beds may decrease in the event of emergency conditions affecting the operation of hospitals (e.g. epidemics) or maintenance measures. The number of beds may increase in the case of additional institutions placed under maintenance management.
Monthly average number of doses: in 2022., in the first half of the year: 29201 (daily average approx. 939 portions, which also includes hot food)
The indicated portions are distributed among the types of diet recorded in the technical description in the appendix.
The center of the food service at PTE KK is the Rakoczi ut site, where - with the exception of an accident - guaranteed by AKthe daily food rations are produced (cooked) and portioned by the winning AT in the equipped kitchen. The kitchen area cannot be shared between several economic operators, so from a technical and functional point of view, partial bidding is excluded.
