Description:
The specific subject of the assignment is to participate in the guarding and protection of public areas under the management of the Bidder, to assist the operation of the Belvaros-Lipotvaros Public Areas Supervision with patrol and monitoring services. The subject of the public procurement is also the participation in the Belvaros Lipotvaros Public Area Supervision columnin carrying out his operator activities, as well as in the performance of his wheel clamp duties.
From the date of signing the contract, he will perform the duties of the district guard in the following number of staff and work schedule (starting staff):
From Monday to Friday:
•4 people 8 hours on foot (08.00-16.00)
•3 people 8 hourly pedestrian (14.00-22.00)
•1 person for 12 hours on foot (8.00-20.00)
•2 people for 12 hours on foot (19.00-07.00)
•1 person for 12 hours on foot (20.00-08.00)
•1 person for 15 hours on foot (16.00-07.00)
• 1 person 24-hour pedestrian (07.00-07.00)
•1 person 24-hour wheel clamp (08.00-08.00)
Weekends and holidays:
•2 people 8-hour pedestrian (10.00-18.00)
•2 people 8-hourpedestrian (14.00-22.00)
•1 person 12-hour pedestrian (08.00-20.00)
•2 person 12-hour pedestrian (19.00-07.00)
•1 person 12-hour pedestrian (20.00-08.00)
•1 person 15-hour pedestrian ( 16.00-07.00)
•1 person 24-hour pedestrian (07.00-07.00)
•1 person 24-hour wheel clamp (08.00-08.00)
Perimeter guard tasks are over at the security locationsa specific, detailed description (guard instructions) of its operation will be drawn up by the winning Bidder, which will become effective with the written approval of the Bidder.
Initial (planned) annual hours: 65,000 hours/year
A budget of 6,630 hours/year is available for the performance of temporary, unplanned security and perimeter guard duties .
