- Call for External Collaborator - Provision of adapted “Work Wise Youth: A guide to youth rights at work” for the Kosovo* context, EU-ILO Technical Assistance Facility for the implementation of the Youth Guarantee in the Western Balkans, Phase III Dear Bidder,The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO seeks an external collaborator to adapt the ILO “Work Wise Youth” training material to the Kosovo* legal and institutional context. Tasks include conducting desk research and reviewing relevant legislation and policies; updating legal and policy references; revising terminology to reflect local usage; and developing localized examples, case studies, and exercises relevant to Kosovo-s youth, including NEETs, rural youth, displaced youth, and young women. The collaborator will prepare a draft version for ILO review, integrate feedback, and deliver a final, proofread Albanian-language toolkit, fully formatted and pedagogically ready for training use.If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform.Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline.Thank you.*All references to Kosovo should be understood to be in the context of United Nations Security Council resolution 1244 (1999).
