Description:
Construction, rental and operation of a small solar power plant with reverse watt protection of minimum 400 kWp to be installed on the building (approx. 5000 m2) of Budaoers Varosi Uszoda Sportcsarnok es Stand (2040 Budaoers, Harsfa u. 6., hrsz: 4099/5) mixed lease agreement with business contractual elements kin an ESCO construction.
The Bidder implements the small solar power plant at the Budaoers Municipal Swimming Pool Sports Hall and Stand building owned by the Bidder at its own expense, and then leases it to the Bidder for a period of 84 months, with a monthly payment schedule. The rent is todayincludes all costs and labor fees incurred in order to perform in accordance with the contract, especially the costs of establishing and operating the small solar power plant.preparation of the building
