Description:
Building machinery maintenance and troubleshooting services in the area of MAV Zrt.
Ensuring the continuous operational condition of equipment related to the operation and property management of properties used by MAV Zrt.termination in the framework of a framework business contract.
The task of the winning Bidder(s) is to perform the following tasks in the three regions of MAV Zrt.:
Regions that are the same as the parts:
1. part: Western Hungary region
2. part: Central Hungary region
3. part: Eastern Hungaryregion
Tasks and their associated quantities:
- Maintenance, repair, planned preventive maintenance of heating systems
Total quantity: 2193 units, 137512.5 KW
- Repair, maintenance, ad hoc repair of air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation equipment, performing leak tests
Total quantity:
Comfort air conditioning equipment: 2214 units, 6065.4 kW
Technological air conditioning equipment: 2084 units, 8848.69 kW
- Maintenance, troubleshooting and rescue supervision services related to the operation of elevator equipment (elevator, roundabout, escalator, arm lift, and other lifting structures)
Total quantity:
Recequipment: 179 pieces
Escalator equipment: 3 pieces
The total number of physical performance locations for all parts: 2268 locations
