The II. Purchase of books for the Ferenc Rakoczi County and City Library in 2024 in 2 parts. In Hungary, new printed Hungarian and ipurchase of book documents in foreign languages.
Hungarian language books
Delivery of Hungarian language books in circulation in Hungary to the contracting authority on the basis of ad hoc orders, until the maximum net amount of HUF 95,000,000 is exhausted.
The contracting authority undertakes no obligation to pay the total amount- the contracting authority may deviate from the framework amount by -20% (it undertakes to draw down 80% of the framework amount) - if the duration of the framework contract expires before the entire framework amount is used. The budget is the fee for packaging, deliveries and other library services
The minimum quantity of books that the tenderer wishes to order for sure is 40,000.
The tenderer informs that a total of 44,795 books were procured in 2022, of which 44,324 were in Hungarian.
The tenderer must submit his offer in such a way thatit must include all fees and costs, especially the fees for packaging and delivery.
