Description:
Framework contract for the procurement of sampling sets and other consumables required for blood sample collection, assembling, storage and delivery to destinations. Based on the framework contract and ad hoc orders within its framework: - Certificate of conformity of the manufacturer of the purchased products- including the CE certificate of conformity - as well as the acquisition of the certificate of packaging material and its delivery to the CMF (= Center for Molecular Fingerprinting, contracting authority)
in electronic form.
- The temporary storage of the purchased products in unopened unit packages is the samplingbefore stock is assembled, in a dry place protected from light, at a temperature between 15 ℃ and 25 ℃, in a place inaccessible to unauthorized persons. in case of b
- Production of the outer and inner (insert) packaging material and label of the sampling sets in the total specified quantity (based on the graphic designs prepared by CMF).
- Printing of the cryolabel sheets by laser printing (the same alphanumeric code per 16 labelsQR code combination), based on the printing templates provided by
CMF, which cover the entire necessary label quantity.
