Call for Proposals BGSZC Szily Kalman Technical and College Study Building Complex renovation, energy and general education infrastructure development. The main construction activities of the renovation: Facade thermal insulation plastering system preparation 4594 m2 wall surface, roof insulation and water insulation Repair: 2737 m2 surface, facade modern thermal insulation Door and window installation to the existing ones (door +portal +window): 9 m2 +162 m2 +645 m2. Tasks within the building: Establishment of 1 new accessibility elevator in the spare room On a surface, cassette ceiling on 1311 m2, and replacement of 344 m2 dressing room and water block sanitary and wall coverings. The 647 m2 gym comes with a new sports floor, basketboard and ribbed wall. In the institution with a useful floor area of 5732 m2, the following building level networks They are renovated: the power transmission network from the facility chief distributor, through the sub -distributors to the sockets and switches, and the full lighting and lightning system.
