Description: The task of custodian is performed by the BGE Faculty of Finance and Accounting, 1087 Budapest, Berzsenyi u. It must be provided in the area of the building under number 06. The net floor area of the building is 1,407.33 m2. A burglar alarm system, access control system, automatic fire alarm system and indoor lighting system will be installed in the building. The interior of the building and the facade of the building are protected by a camera system. The central units of the systems are located at the reception.

A) Guarding and protecting the building and performing gate (reception) tasks
The port service, respectively. The building is guarded by 1 person per day (certified in English conversational level) as follows:
