Description:
A framework contract for the maintenance, repair and statutory control activities of air conditioners, liquid coolers and air-conditioning equipment operating in properties managed and/or operated by the Government Office of the Capital City of Budapest
Tenderer wishes to conclude a framework contractni in relation to all parts as follows
I. part: Ensuring the proper use of split air conditioners
Framework amount: net HUF 60,000,000
II. part: Ensuring the intended use of liquid cooling systems and fan coil equipment
Framework amount: net HUF 30,000,000
III. part: Ensuring the proper use of ventilation and air-technical systems, equipment, air handlers
Framework amount: HUF 9,000,000 net
The tenderer is requesting framework contracts up to the framework sums specified above, for 24 months from the entry into force of the framework contracts, but no more than the frameworkuntil the funds included in the contracts are fully used. The tenderer undertakes to draw down up to 70% of the framework sums included in the framework contracts.
