Description:
Purchase of intravenous rituximab and trastuzumab active substances for 24 active months subject to itemized settlement, for the conclusion of a framework agreement, Kbt. In the framework of the open procedure according to Section 105 (1) point a), the possibility of extending the active period of the Framework Agreement by another 6 months
Subject of this public procurement procedure (in parts):
Rituximab IV (OENO: 06058), total frame amount: 18,000,000 mg.
Trastuzumab (OENO: 06010), total frame amount: 13,005,000 mg.
Affected patients: for the procurement all patients are treated in all areas with active ingredients that avoidn.
Place of execution: Decree 9/1993 (IV. 2.) NM 1/A. institutional circle separated by active ingredient and by indication included in its annex no.
Regarding the Rixathon preparation containing the active ingredient rituximab used in the field of rheumatology (RA), F0252/49-22/2022 no. framework agreementits active period is in effect, the full frame amount has not been drawn.
