The tenderer wishes to purchase laboratory consumables. within the framework of the RRF-2.3.1-21-2022-00001 project, "National Laboratory of Infectious Animal Diseases, Antimicrobial Resistance, Veterinary Public Health and Food Chain Safety", according to the following parts:
1. part: Laboratoryumi basic tools - 201659 pcs
2. part: Biological professional materials - 62616 pcs
3. part: Laboratory pipettes, tips - 1910531 pcs
4. part: Medical consumables - 59502 pieces
The tenderer wishes to enter into a framework contract for the purchase of the equipment, and undertakes a call obligation for 100% of the basic quantity.The breakdown of the aggregated frame amounts indicated above by device is contained in the attached Excel table. reserves a 20% right of purchase (option) in addition to the frame amount, in connection with which the winning bidder is entitled to exercise his right of purchase at the price fixed in his offer during the scope of the contract.
